Candlelight Serenade Acoustic Festival!

Some perks to living right next to Thanksgiving Point is the walking distance to the large all day events there! Chris and I put on our roller blades, packed lunches in a bag and skated over to Thanksgiving Point to enjoy the Candlelight Serenade Acoustic Festival that lasted from 10am to 11pm! It was so nice to be able to come and go throughout the day even though we did spend most the day at the concert. This was a huge treat for me! I love music and loved sharing this day with Chris. As you can see, we were able to see lots of talented bands! Some of our favorites were Making April, Priscilla Ahn, Allred, Vedera and Neon Trees. Chris may want to add to this but all in all, it was very exhausting with the lack of hydration and being on our feet for 10 hours at a time! Although it was very cool getting up close and personal, I think I will be okay sitting on the grass next time so we don't have to worry about losing the front row spot.
