Payson Parade!

Labor Day Chris and I always spend it with the Wilson family which is Fran's side of the family. Out of the three years Chris and I have been together, this is year number two that Grandpa Wilson was in the parade! Three years ago, our cousin Adam Wilson got permission to fly down right over the parade! It was the coolest thing! The Wilson family have always been so good with supporting each other. It makes life so much more fun having a close family! This year I came prepared and brought our camera to take a picture of Grandpa driving his jeep with the rest of the war veterans from world war 2. Almost the whole family came so it was a great turn out!

After the parade was over, all the cousins walked over to the park which had carnival rides and booths etc. Chris and I saw a dog that we both agreed on for when the time comes and we hung out with our brother Aaron and Tom & Sydney Wright. When walking around, we came across a section with a ton of kids! We laughed a bit because it looked like Santa's workshop only they were kids and not little elves ;) Before Tom checked to see if there was an age limit lol! Home Depot was just built in Payson so they thought they would make friends by letting all the kids build little tool boxes or key holders for free. So we all put on our "Kids workshop" aprons on and went to work lol :) We were so proud but we did not dare separate from each other till we left the park ha ha. Once we all made it back to Grandma and Grandpas place in Payson, we started the BBQ which was fabulous! Thank you to everyone who prepared the food!!!

I wish we could have been there! It's always so much fun! It sounds like your house is getting close to being finished. I can't wait to see it!

It would have been so nice to have you there! I posted a picture of Grandpa in the Jeep! He was so happy to see us all. There is always next year...we can cross our fingers :)

The house is coming along! Only 4 more weeks! We would love to have you over! Are you coming up for any of the holidays? We have the Wilson Xmas party the first Sat. of Dec. every year :)
